Lights, Camera... Extension! Share Offer Deadline 30th September 2025

Following receipt of the Community Shares Standard Mark seal of approval and advance assurance of EIS tax relief for investors, we’re very happy to announce an exciting extension to our third Community Share Offer, giving supporters until 30th September 2025 to invest in the town’s most ambitious arts and community project to date.

Why the Extension? 

Our project has reached a major milestone, having earned the prestigious Community Shares Standard Mark of approval, a national endorsement that confirms the share offer meets rigorous standards of transparency and fairness, from the Community Shares Unit Organisation. In addition, HMRC has given advance assurance for 30% tax relief under the government’s Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) – making it not only a rewarding cultural investment, but a financially smart one too.

As these developments came at the beginning of the month we have decided to extend the deadline from 31st July to 30th September, giving residents, friends, and arts lovers more time to be part of something truly transformational: a state-of-the-art auditorium and vibrant community arts hub in the heart of Bovey Tracey.
