'Reel Earth' - with Oli Frost
07 February 2026
07 February 2026
When: Saturday 07 February 2026
Phoenix Hall, Bovey Tracey
For the first event in Reel Earth: A season of films about climate and nature - and in partnership with Climate Action Bovey Heathfield and First Draft Books, we are delighted to bring Oli Frost to Bovey - a satirist and activist taking on the world’s biggest polluters.
His work has been seen by millions, even Greta Thunberg, who danced the macarena to one of his songs. In the last year he’s made a meditation app for oil executives, turned a car into a private jet, and delivered a 'Shellphone' to the UN Ocean Conference! He’ll be presenting some of his most recent projects, and explaining how it all came about.
Through this collaboration, CABH, First Draft Books & Bovey Paradiso aim to create spaces for the community to reflect on and propose collective action for local climate initiatives, inspired by the films & books featured. We invite all attendees to contribute to the conversation. There will be opportunities to share ideas anonymously or as a group throughout the series. All ideas shared will be collected and shared back with the community and will help inform future CABH community-driven campaigns. Thank you for being a part of the conversation.
Book now and don't miss out on this exclusive event!
