The Electrical Life of Louis Wain - CHANGE OF VENUE

Paradiso Cinema Club is delighted to present the true story of eccentric British artist Louis Wain (Benedict Cumberbatch), whose playful, psychedelic pictures transformed the public's perception of cats forever. Set in the early 1900s, we follow Wain as he seeks to unlock the "electrical" mysteries of the world and, in so doing, to better understand his own life and the profound love he shared with his wife Emily Richardson (Claire Foy).

Tickets are priced at £7.50

Tickets are non-refundable. There are only a limited number of tickets available and are released on a first -come first served basis with Paradiso Cinema Club members having early access.

Doors will open at 18.45 with the film starting at 19.30.  Drinks (licensed bar) and light snacks will be available to purchase. There will be an intermission for refreshments and leg stretching.

Please note - based on the feedback we have received from our recent survey we will not be showing subtitles at this screening.  

There is limited on street parking at the venue and we recommend that you park at Mary Street car park - a short walk.
